He is a New Zealander who is living in Puerto Vallarta, successfully helping friends and clients buy and sell real estate here.  Originally from New Zealand and now resides in our amazing town of Puerto Vallarta.  Paul is proud to have his own brokerage where he helps clients find their dream homes here and create a new chapter and a life they love.  From the moment he arrived he felt at home and fell in love with the people, the vibrance and the culture. 

Before Puerto Vallarta, Paul sold luxury real estate in Auckland, New Zealand where he gained a reputation for excellent customer service & professionalism.  He also managed his personal investment properties as Airbnb vacation rentals, and knows what it takes and what to pay attention to when buying investment properties.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance and Accounting from the University of Canterbury and his life experiences, he learned important skills of connecting with people, listening, marketing and negotiation that come in handy when negotiating for his client (and my sales record backs that up)
