How lucky I was to have worked with Paul Trimmer during my recent condo purchase in Puerto Vallarta. I was “introduced” to Paul through his YouTube Channel where he shares so much useful information about things to consider when buying property in PV. When I decided to get serious, of course I first reached out to Paul. From the very first virtual meeting, Paul’s great communication, inquisitive nature
and client centered approach was evident. Paul was a great fit, and after meeting in person, I never felt the need to look further. Through both in-person and video tours, Paul quickly learned what I was looking for (neighborhood, budget and lifestyle). Paul was trustworthy. He would never hesitate to tell me why an exciting new listing was in fact wrong for me, even if it would have made for an easy transaction. In the end, Paul arranged for an off the MLS “Pocket Listing” in a building that he knew I
had come to like. I truly believe that we landed on the perfect property that will be enjoyed for years to come. I also must acknowledge that this “one off” opportunity would have never happened had I not chosen to work with Paul. Owning a property in Puerto Vallarta had long been a fantasy, but in fact I knew little about purchasing property in Mexico. When real estate fantasy became reality, I was fearful.
While much of the purchase process felt familiar…there is much that felt quite “foreign.” The truth is I was always in great hands with Paul. He knows the local processes and potential pitfalls. He was always responsive to my inquiries and concerns whether they were based in facts or born of my fears. Paul “held my hand” through the process and was never more than a text away! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Paul wholeheartedly to others looking for a fantastic real estate agent. Thank you, Paul
